Prices:
Obligation Free Consultation - Free
An initial session designed to determine whether we are a good fit for you, and you for us. We guarantee to work with you on a custom strategy that suits your specific circumstances - whether that includes future sessions with us or not. If you're local, we'll even shout you a coffee. Typical session 30 min
Strong Men'd Session - $200
Everyone is treated equally here at Strong Men'd so whether you are in for counselling or coaching, the price is the same. Your strategy session will help determine the path forward but if you're local we'd love to see you in person but we work with clients all over the world so can just as easy set up a zoom session to take care of it. Typical session 45-60 min
Emergency or Out of Hours Strong Men'd Session - $250
We're in the business of crisis management and we know the best time to deal with something urgent is immediately. We also work with high performance, high powered and high potential individuals which means we know regular hours don't always count - but we're not going to sting you for the privilege. Where available, emergency sessions can be booked with 24 hours notice (sometimes less) and chat to us about out of hours sessions. Typical session 45-60 min
Packages:
Counselling and coaching are rarely one hit wonders, but we're not like you're typical therapist. We figure, if we're still working on the same problem a year from now then one of us isn't doing our job - and we're not about that - but we do offer a premium service for clients COMMITTED to action. A 6 session (counselling) or 12 session (coaching) package is available for ALL clients and includes:
- - 25% discount on session prices
- - No cut off coaching - we won't be looking at our watch and hurrying you up at the 50 minute mark. We work with sensitive topics and if we are on a roll, we're all in.
- - Locked in for life. No price rises for your coaching sessions
- - 48 hour booking for urgent sessions (where available) at no additional cost
- - Out of hours sessions (where available) at no additional cost
- - Additional accountability programming
- - 24 hour contact availability

What can I expect from my Strategy Session?
A strategy session is just that. This isn't a sales call or pitch for work. We've been where you're at and we have genuine strategies to help. During you're strategy session we'll dig into your reason for contacting us and then we'll UNPACK, HACK and STACK your session and build a strategy to move you from where you are now, to where you want to be.
What makes Strong Men'd different?
All Strong Men'd counsellors, coaches and consultants are fully qualified experts - that's not different. But Strong Men'd counsellors, coaches and consultants have also LIVED IT. Strong Men'd coaching is based on our 'Tested On Me' profile. Strong Men'd coaches know struggle personally - but they also know SUCCESS, and they've found the path to get you there too.
How long will I have to wait for a session?
We know what wait times are like at other counselling and coaching services, but we're not built that way. We know when you need a session, you need a session. We will ALWAYS have availability within 14 days (and usually within 72 hours).
