Brutal Honesty is the backbone of Strong Men'd which means we don't hide from reality, or make it difficult for you to decide that we are the right partner to get you from where you are now, to where you want to be. So here are our prices..
Prices:
Initial Consultation and Strategy Session - $99
Your initial consultation and strategy session is more than just a feeling out process. We've been where you're at and we have genuine strategies to help. During your session we'll dig into your reason for contacting us and then we'll UNPACK, HACK and STACK your session and build a strategy to move you from where you are now, to where you want to be. If you're local, we'll even shout you a coffee. Typical session 45-60min
Strong Men'd Session - $250
This is where the work gets done. Every session is designed to create actionable strategies and get you results. This is what sets Strong Men'd apart from most services - we're less interested in spending years over-analyzing the past and how you got here, and more interested in developing a process to get you moving forward. If you're local we'd love to see you in person but we work with clients all over the world so can just as easy set up a zoom session to take care of it. Typical session 45-60 min
Packages:
Counselling is rarely a one hit wonder, but we're not like you're typical therapist. We figure, if we're still working on the same problem a year from now then one of us isn't doing our job - and we're not about that - but we do offer a premium service for clients COMMITTED to action. A 5 session or 10 session package is available for ALL clients and includes:
- 20-40% discount on session prices
- No cut off coaching - we won't be looking at our watch and hurrying you up at the 50 minute mark. We work with sensitive topics and if we are on a roll, we're all in.
- Session price locked in for life. No price rises for your counselling sessions
- 48 hour booking for urgent sessions (where available) at no additional cost
- Out of hours sessions (where available) at no additional cost
5 Session Pack - $1000 ($200 per session)
10 Session Pack - $1500 ($150 per session)
Coaching Packages:
Coaching is a different beast entirely. We certainly incorporate elements of the counselling sessions (especially when there is something known or unknown standing in the way of your success) but coaching is also about the NEXT LEVEL. Levelling up your Health, Your Wealth, Your Relationships and Your Self (your mental and emotional health) requires commitment, investment and accountability. Coaching delivers all these with a mentor who has Lived It, Learned It and Earned It working with, learning from and studying under experts around the world in neuroscience, psychology, peak performance, habit formation and success. Typical session: there is no typical session. We deliver NEXT LEVEL results, so we put in NEXT LEVEL effort.
Monthly: $1000 per month
3 months: $2500*
*then only $500 per month
Inclusions:
All-inclusive coaching – custom built system comprising coaching, counselling (as/if needed) and performance expansion
No cut off coaching - we don’t look at our watch and hurry you up at the 50-minute mark. We work with sensitive topics and if we are on a roll, we're all in.

What can I expect from my Strategy Session?
A strategy session is just that. This isn't a sales call or pitch for work. We've been where you're at and we have genuine strategies to help. During you're strategy session we'll dig into your reason for contacting us and then we'll UNPACK, HACK and STACK your session and build a strategy to move you from where you are now, to where you want to be.
How long will I have to wait for a session?
We know what wait times are like at other counselling and coaching services, but we're not built that way. We know when you need a session, you need a session. We will ALWAYS have availability within 14 days (and usually within 72 hours).
What makes Strong Men'd different?
All Strong Men'd counsellors, coaches and consultants are fully qualified experts - that's not different. But Strong Men'd counsellors, coaches and consultants have also LIVED IT. Strong Men'd coaching is based on our 'Tested On Me' profile. Strong Men'd coaches know struggle personally - but they also know SUCCESS, and they've found the path to get you there too.
