Where does it happen?

The STFU is a custom program delivered to your mobile device, a core curriculum to be accessed anywhere, at any time, and LIVE group coaching sessions beamed through multiple channels, your SUCCESS happens wherever YOU are. Strong Men'd will be running regular catch ups, networking activities and expert guest interviews and content to go with our core program.

How does it work?

All members will be issued with a unique log in to access the core curriculum at any time. Members will be coached through 8 custom units (plus bonus material), and provided access to LIVE weekly coaching sessions (and recordings). Q&A sessions will be run monthly and members will have 24/7 access to trainers through direct communication and accountability systems.
